School Consulting Packages

MEC Group provides collaborative educational consulting, testing, and support services to families with students from preschool through high school in a variety of ways. We start this process by offering a brief (15-20 min) conversations with families to hear how we may be of service to your family.

Initial Collaborative Educational Consultation* ($350/ hour) with 1 tester and 1 consultant

Please schedule an appointment by email or phone (202-537-0091).

Initial Collaborative Educational Consultation*($300/ hour) via Skype, Phone or In-person with 1 consultant

Please schedule an appointment by email or phone (202-537-0091).

We know that parents are the experts on their children, so we begin our Initial Collaborative Consulting by asking parents to share their knowledge and insights before our meeting via our New Client Form. Parents should submit any and all relevant materials regarding their child’s educational history, such as school reports (previous and current) and any relevant testing or evaluations (WISC, WPPSI, SSAT, IEPs, OT reports, visual screenings, SLP evaluations, etc.). We find that parents who share more detailed information before our initial consult are able to benefit more fully from our expertise. A review of all documents is done prior to your arrival and is included in the hourly price.

“The independent school application and admissions process can be intimidating and grueling. Throughout the process MEC Group always responded quickly and honestly to my questions and concerns. Also, MEC Group provided follow-up after the process was successfully completed to ensure a successful transition to our new school – thank you MEC Group.”

“MEC Group – I really can’t thank you enough, because my child is now loving every day at school. He is adjusting very well to his new school and looking forward to the new challenges. He was a little stressed at first, but he said now he knows what the teachers expect and is excited about rising to his teacher’s expectations. He realizes how beneficial this experience will be when the time comes for him to go to college.”
